Why is there a Shipping Charge

If you would like your order "rushed" with DHL there will be a service charge of $25.00 for shipping due to the high cost of Airline Fuel. (Select Flat Rate Shipping for Rush Orders)
· Orders shipped to Canada and Non-Continental U.S. destinations will be charged $30.00 for shipping before the order is filled. If you inadvertantly choose a different shipping method by mistake; The Gift Haven will bill you for the difference in shipping price. · Please be aware that most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
What if my item is out of stock?
The Gift Haven is very diligent about keeping the catalog up to date, every 6 months we delete discontinued items. And every month we add new items and check the out of stock lists of our manufacturers. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will email you with a similar item choice of equal or greater value than the item out of stock. (No extra charge for greater value item)

Generally your order will arrive within 4-14 business days after your purchase is completed. If paying by check or money order your purchase will arrive 4-14 business days after we have received your payment and your check has cleared.
